Join Coach Aaron for an hour of fun and fitness! We’ll do a mix of indoor and outdoor activities designed to build students’ endurance, develop hand-eye coordination, foster teamwork skills, and introduce key concepts related to health & fitness. From footwork drills on an agility ladder, to making our own electrolyte-infused sports drink, to even learning how to juggle, students will enjoy a wide variety of fun, fitness-based activities.
