Noah Lucia has been teaching karate at DASEP since 2010. His company, Boston Budo, offers group and private karate lessons to students of all ages in Boston and Brookline, MA. As a mainstay in the community since 1979, they've introduced thousands of local families to traditional Uechi Ryu Karate, a system of self-defense that develops total body awareness, control and confidence. Classes focus on thoughtful movement, stances, balance, blocks, kata, strikes and other techniques, as well as practicing discipline and having a cultural experience.
