Using different building supplies including but not limited to: marble runs, Keva planks, and magnetic tiles and blocks, this class will explore the laws of motion, gravity, pressure, and energy. As students build to meet a variety of challenges, they can try out different ideas about how best to build the structure and design the marble path and see “in motion” the results of their ideas! For a few classes, we will “take to the air,” exploring the effects of air pressure and gravity on different objects.
