DASEP musical theater is back with Shrek: The Musical! This beloved movie-turned-musical features unlikely heroes, daring adventures, castles, dragons, and all manner of twists and turns.

As we rehearse for our final performance, we'll play acting games, study our script, choreograph dances, sing songs, practice dialogue, create costumes, and more. The class will end with a professional production and evening performance in the FRR multipurpose room on an evening TBD in the second week of February, to which families and community members will be invited.

Note: Open to grades 2-5, this is a 2-hour class, meeting every Thursday — including the FRR early release days of November 12 and December 3 — leading up to the final performance date.

There will also likely be 3 additional evening rehearsals the week leading up to the show. In total, there will be 18 class meetings.
